- No cost to you. KP Rentals is engaged by the tenant. There is no commission, listing fee or contract with us.
- Prepared tenants. Budget, income, documents and move-in date are checked before a profile reaches you.
- You stay in control. You meet the tenant, use your own lease and conditions, and make the decision.
