Our fee: one month's rent (excl. VAT if applicable), paid only once you sign a lease. It is agreed in writing before we start. Landlords pay us nothing.
Tell us what you need
Send your area, budget, move-in date and household details by WhatsApp, email or the form. Prachi reviews every enquiry personally.
We prepare your tenant information
We check your budget, ID, employment contract or employer letter and recent payslips against what landlords usually ask for (often an income of 3 to 4 times the rent), and prepare your tenant information so you are ready before a viewing is booked.
Search and match
We look for long-term homes (6 months or more) that fit your brief and put your profile forward. Your full documents go to a landlord only after you agree to that specific home.
Viewings
We coordinate viewings directly with the landlord or property manager. Tenants attend viewings themselves.
Contract and move-in
The landlord chooses the tenant and uses their own lease. We guide you through the paperwork and the move-in steps so nothing is missed.
Typical timing: once a suitable home is found, a viewing can often be arranged within days. We never promise a specific date, because the landlord sets the viewing times.
